Who are we at OIO?
At OIO in Stockholm, we are currently looking for two driven and curious students who want to become part of our recruitment team on a part-time basis. Here, you will have a unique opportunity to learn the craft of recruitment from the ground up, work closely with experienced colleagues, and be involved in the entire process; from sourcing and candidate contact to interviews and assessments.
This role is perfect for you if you are motivated by high goals and enjoy celebrating successes with the team when we achieve them. We believe you are social, fearless, and structured. You enjoy connecting with people, are curious about what drives others, and thrive in an environment where you can take responsibility, learn a great deal, and contribute energy to the team.
Here, you will gain valuable experience in recruitment, business understanding, and rhetoric in candidate and client dialogues. You will become part of a small team where every employee is seen, given significant autonomy, and has the opportunity to make an impact. This is your chance to develop in a role where curiosity, drive, and relationships are at the center.
What do we offer?
In addition to the opportunity to help establish OIO as a go-to career and recruitment partner, we offer significant development opportunities for those with ambition, curiosity, and a desire to grow.
Here, you will work closely with experienced colleagues and gain access to solid industry knowledge. At the same time, you will gain practical experience in recruitment, candidate work, and customer-facing processes. You will be surrounded by engaged colleagues, inspiring candidates, consultants, and clients in an environment where we help each other, learn from one another, and celebrate successes along the way.
We know that you are junior and at the beginning of your career. The only things we require are great commitment, curiosity, and responsibility. Here, you will learn the craft of recruitment from the ground up and build valuable experience alongside your studies; so that you take away new knowledge, practical tools, and a stronger network when you graduate.
We strongly believe in having fun together and acknowledging the milestones we reach as OIO continues to grow. Our ambition is to continue building the team forward; so for the right person, the role could eventually open up to greater responsibility and a full-time position. Perhaps you will even become a person in a leadership position at the company in the future?
What will you do?
Your primary work will be to support consulting managers in their daily work with recruitment, networking, and personnel administration. This may include selecting candidates, writing job ads, conducting interviews, sending out tests, or assisting with time reporting. As you grow into the role, you will take on greater responsibility related to networking, sourcing, and career conversations with potential candidates.
A genuine interest in people, high professionalism, and flexibility are our keys to success. Therefore, it is crucial that you work with a strong sense of responsibility and a personal approach in everything you undertake. We are also a group that puts the team before the individual in everything we do; and that is how we find reasons to celebrate together along the way in our continued establishment and growth.
What is your background?
- You are studying a relevant education such as HR, economics, leadership, or sales and have at least three terms left until graduation.
- You have the opportunity to work extra alongside your studies two days a week, and wish to work full-time during the summer and Christmas/New Year when regular staff is away.
- You most likely have experience within service or sales, but we welcome other experiences as your personality is most important.
- You speak and write fluent Swedish and are comfortable with English in both speech and writing, as this is used frequently in contact with candidates and clients.
Experience from the recruitment industry is a plus. However, the most important thing is that you genuinely burn for working with people, high quality, and recruitment. A large part of our assessment will therefore be based on your personal qualities.
To thrive and succeed in the role, we see that you are unpretentious, curious, and flexible. OIO is in a growth phase, which means that tasks may vary and that you will have the opportunity to be involved and influence. We also believe that you, just like us, dare to try new paths with the ambition to become really good at what we do and build strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
With high ambitions, great commitment, and a genuine interest in people, we are convinced that you can become not only our next colleague but also a key person in the long term.
