Job Responsibilities

Do you want a job where you truly make a difference in another person's life every day? We are now looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant in a secure and engaged work group.

We are looking for you who have experience with tracheostomy, ventilator (hostmaskin), catheter management, and tube feeding, and who feel confident in these tasks.

About the Role

In the role of personal assistant, you support the individual in their daily life through:

• Care and daily routines
• Communication and social interaction
• Exercise and activities

You become an important part of the individual's life and contribute, through your approach, to increased independence, security, and quality of life.

About the Individual

The individual uses a wheelchair and communicates verbally with the support of a tablet. There is a strong interest in, among other things, computer games and film, an interest that you are welcome to share and encourage.

Here you will find meaningful work with a close relationship to the individual.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Are a nursing assistant (undersköterska) or have other relevant healthcare education
• Have experience in similar tasks
• Are engaged, responsible, and want to contribute to a secure daily life

Working hours are scheduled during days, evenings, and weekends. Coordination with other groups within the assistance service may occur.

As a person, you are calm, patient, and stable. You have a natural ability to create security around you and meet others with respect, sensitivity, and warmth. You work in a motivating way and recognize the importance of the individual being involved and having influence over their daily life.
