We are looking for an experienced Consulting Manager with personnel and result responsibility. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships, and excel at leading others to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and supervise a team of consultants working at client sites
• Active recruitment, interviews, and matching of new consultants
• Client meetings, check-ins, and development of existing partnerships
• Budget and P&L responsibility for your consultant base
• Ensure compliance with working environment regulations, Swedish Employment Protection Act (LAS), collective agreements, and AML laws
• Reporting and follow-up in business systems

Education:

• High school diploma (required)
• Post-secondary education in HR, leadership, economics, or behavioral science (advantageous)

Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in staffing or recruitment (required)
• At least 1 year of experience as a manager, team leader, or similar role with personnel responsibility (required)
• Experience with budget or P&L responsibility (advantageous)

Driver's License:

• Category B driver's license (required)

Languages:

• Swedish – native or fluent in speaking and writing (required)
• English – basic level (advantageous)

Computer Skills:

• Proficient in CRM, recruitment systems, or HR administrative systems
