About the role

Our client is a global leader in water technology, developing innovative solutions to meet the world's most critical water challenges. With operations in over 150 countries, they combine technical expertise with a strong commitment to contributing to more sustainable and efficient management of water resources.

In the role of Executive/CEO Assistant, you will support the Vice President of Product Management and the Vice President of Product Development and Engineering in their daily work. You will work closely with the leadership in an international and dynamic environment, playing a key coordinating role that contributes to structure, clarity, and efficient workflows. Through your initiative and communication skills, you will help create order in a complex organization and enable well-functioning processes that support the leadership in driving the business forward.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will work closely with the CEO and the management group, serving as a key person for coordination and support in several areas. Examples of tasks include:

  • Managing calendars and travel arrangements, as well as coordinating meetings and the leadership's daily planning.
  • Organizing meetings, events, and strategy days, including bookings, catering, and meeting documentation.
  • Creating and compiling reports, presentations, and other materials using Microsoft Office.
  • Acting as a central point of contact between the leadership and internal teams, ensuring efficient information flow.
  • Providing administrative support such as correspondence, archiving, mailing, and expense administration.
  • Supporting internal and external communication by designing and editing professional written materials.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has at least 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced and dynamic Executive Assistant role.
  • Has very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
  • Has relevant education for the position.
  • Has very good proficiency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Is willing to travel when needed.

It is an advantage if you have

  • Education or certification in business administration/management.
  • Previous experience in an international company.
  • Certification in Business Administration.
