We are looking for a Teacher

As a teacher at Realgymnasiet, you create conditions for learning and guide students based on a given educational concept and the program's educational goals. You plan, implement, and evaluate teaching. Furthermore, you continuously work on assessing goal fulfillment and, together with the mentor, communicate this to the student. You participate in subject group work, team work, and are expected to collaborate with colleagues. In close collaboration with your teaching, there is a mentor and student health services at the school.

Together, you create an attractive school that provides students with excellent conditions for active learning.

You will teach the subjects Swedish and English.

Qualifications

To be considered for the role, we require that you have:

• Teaching certification with eligibility to teach in Swedish and English.

Experience from teaching at the upper secondary level is an advantage.

We are looking for someone who shares Lärande's core values: safety, development, team, and success. You have good collaboration skills, are flexible and change-oriented with a focus on goals and results. You have very good pedagogical insight.

The position is part-time, 50–75%.
