Within the Health and Medical Care Administration, primary care, dental care, and hospital care are united under a single administration and organized into county and local healthcare areas. The Skellefteå local healthcare area includes the Emergency Department, the Medical and Geriatric Clinic, the Rehabilitation Center, the Psychiatric Clinic, 1177, the Center for Surgical Operations, as well as primary care in Skellefteå and Norsjö. Together, these units strive to provide good and accessible care.

Byske Health Center belongs to Skellefteå's northern primary care area. Other units include the Kåge, Ursviken, and Morö Backe health centers, with which we collaborate closely. The health centers form our most important base for local care. A joint development journey is underway through the project "Livskraft tillsammans" (Vitality Together), aiming for sustainable primary care with high quality and increased job satisfaction.

In your work with us, you will meet a mix of young and older people. You will work together with colleagues in a well-functioning team, and the work is varied and developmental. There are 4,500 registered patients here. We care about each other's working environment and maintain a constant dialogue on how to develop and improve it. Job Responsibilities

As a Medical Secretary with us, you provide important service and enable interventions that impact many people.

At the health center, two medical secretaries work together to achieve good results. As a Medical Secretary, you will work with medical record writing, handling referrals and mail, booking and calling in patients, and receiving patients in the reception. We offer you stimulating and varied work where your skills and experience are valued. You will contribute to the development work of the health center.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a Medical Secretary or Healthcare Administrator. Experience working in the Cosmic system is an advantage.

You are a positive person who is good at collaborating with people from different professions. You are proactive, flexible, ambitious, and see opportunities.
