The Controlling Unit is part of the IT Management Support Team and is tasked with supporting management with decision support and steering information. The unit drives and develops economic planning and monitoring in close dialogue with other units and business areas, with the goal of creating structure, transparency, and a cohesive steering process.

Analysis, Monitoring, and Management Support

We are looking for you who want to contribute to shaping working methods, tools, and collaborations – with the goal of creating good conditions for high-quality decision support within financial controlling. As a Controller, you play a vital role in providing managers with the economic support they need to lead and steer the business towards set goals. You provide support in matters concerning planning, forecasting, and monitoring of economic outcomes. In this role, you work closely with the business in a team and are part of a unit with several other controllers – where collaboration and learning are in focus.

We are looking for someone who

• has a university degree or equivalent experience and qualifications
• has specialist competence and expertise in financial controlling
• has good knowledge of Excel for calculations and forecasts
• acts on own initiative and takes responsibility for achieving good results
• collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals
• has a systematic and meticulous working method
• can understand and analyze complex issues
• has good communication skills in Swedish, both oral and written
• has good pedagogical skills.

It is an advantage if you

• have experience working as a controller
• have experience with the state accounting model
• have experience with the financial system Raindance or equivalent financial systems
• have experience in IT operations
• have experience in business or financial management
• are proactive and accustomed to change management.

Other Information

One position, permanent, full-time, with start date as agreed. Probation period may apply. In accordance with Försäkringskassan's security guidelines, background checks are conducted in this recruitment. Some positions with us involve participation in security-sensitive operations. To be employed in such a position, a successful security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) is required. Remote work is possible if the job allows.
