YOUR FUTURE WORKPLACE

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a part-time receptionist with a strong service mindset who is passionate about helping colleagues and welcoming visitors. Our client's office is located in central Stockholm.

The client's reception is closed during the summer, but there will be opportunities to work with our other clients during that period.

YOUR ROLE

In this role, you are a key person in ensuring a high level of service for everyone in the office and serve as the face of the company. You will work together with a colleague in the reception but also independently, handling a variety of tasks, including typical reception duties and administrative assignments. You will be mobile around the office and play a central role in creating an inspiring and pleasant work environment. Among other things, you will receive visitors, prepare conference rooms, organize events, and place orders for items such as office supplies or coffee/tea.

In this role, you will work with varied tasks, including but not limited to:

• Welcome and receive visitors
• Prepare breakfast and coffee/tea
• Handle mail and courier services
• Answer incoming calls
• Conduct office rounds
• Handle switchboard and email
• Ensure the office is tidy and welcoming
• Prepare for meetings and internal events
• Administrative tasks such as ordering office supplies and contacting suppliers

WHO ARE YOU?

To thrive in this role, you have a high service mindset and are both social and outgoing. You have previous experience from a reception role.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel without losing structure or quality.

As a person, you are proactive and self-assured – you dare to make decisions, take responsibility for your work, and see what needs to be done without waiting for instructions. You are solution-oriented and unpretentious, and you are happy to go the extra mile to ensure that both customers and colleagues feel welcome and well taken care of.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience from a reception
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently
• Has good knowledge of the Office package
