About the role

As a Project Developer, you are responsible for the sales and project development of our industrially produced residential buildings, hotels, and community buildings in wood. Moelven is facing a very exciting future characterized by sustainability, development, and high demand. You need to thrive in a daily routine where customer contact, complex projects, and good collaborations stimulate and energize you. You are genuinely interested in customers' needs and business, which helps you win trust and meet their expectations.

We are a flat-hierarchy team that wins together with a genuine interest in development, customer satisfaction, and business. You work closely with clients, specialists, and other project developers before handing over to the project manager.

The position is located in Stockholm, but we also see possibilities for placement in Lund, Gothenburg, or Malmö.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and develop business with both new and existing customers
• Identify customer needs and create long-term relationships
• Lead and structure project development processes forward
• Work with quotation, contract, and calculation management
• Contribute to the development of sales and project processes
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders throughout the business

About you

We are looking for you who have:

• A Master of Science degree in Engineering or a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or another relevant field
• Several years of experience in B2B sales in a senior or business-driving role (Min. 3-5 years)
• Experience from the construction industry
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both orally and in writing

It is meritorious if you have:

• Experience with house or residential projects
• Experience with industrial construction or wood construction
• A strong interest in sustainability issues
• Experience in project management
