We are looking for you who want to make a real difference in another person's life. The client is an adult with autism, is deaf, and uses a wheelchair in daily life. Here you have the opportunity to build a close and long-term relationship where security, respect, and continuity are the focus.

We would appreciate it if you had some life experience, as this can contribute to stability and a good relationship over time. Previous experience in care and support is an advantage, but the most important thing is your personality and commitment.

To thrive in this role, you need:

• Good physical fitness
• To be calm, receptive, and secure in your interactions
• Experience or interest in low-affective interaction
• Experience with autism

Knowledge of sign language is a plus, but not a requirement as we value your willingness to learn and develop.

Working hours: Shifts are scheduled throughout all hours of the day and include waiting time. Schedules vary between 75–98 %.
