As a Quality Engineer with us, you will have a varied and developmental role where you support our customers in the automotive and other industries with their quality work. The assignments may vary, but the focus is always on optimizing processes, analyzing deviations, and driving improvements. Within our business area Compliance & Management, we support an efficient transition to digital, sustainable, and secure solutions through expert knowledge in areas such as quality, safety, sustainability, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate quality and improvement work in production.
• Plan and conduct FMEA and establish control plans.
• Ensure product quality and be responsible for quality-related processes.
• Perform root cause analysis in case of deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits.
• Work with standards and methods such as ISO 9001 and 8D.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience in quality.
• At least two years of experience in quality work within the manufacturing industry, preferably the automotive industry.
• Experience with quality management systems and standards such as ISO and AQAP.
• Knowledge of tools and methods such as FMEA, 8D, and Lean Six Sigma.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.

Practical Information

This is a permanent position with a six-month probationary period, located at our office at Magasinhallén 2, Örnsköldsvik. Travel to our customers may occur as part of the role. Start date is as soon as possible or by agreement.
