Bodaskolan is a 7-9 school with an attached A-resource (a special education group). The school is a place where people from many different cultures meet. In this position, you will be a teacher of mathematics and physics for grades 7-9. The role also includes mentorship duties. You enjoy being a teacher and meeting young people with different backgrounds and prerequisites. In your work, you plan, implement, and evaluate teaching. Therefore, we place great value on your commitment, your ability to work independently, and your pedagogical competence.

You are a certified teacher with eligibility to teach mathematics, as well as physics and biology, for grades 7-9.

You have excellent leadership skills and a natural aptitude for building relationships with young people. You also have good knowledge and experience working with students in need of support, students with challenges related to neurodevelopmental disorders (NPF), students with linguistic backgrounds other than Swedish, and students with norm-breaking behavior.

You value and contribute to good collaboration by having an open, accommodating, and problem-solving approach. Since close collaboration with guardians, student health services, teachers, and other school staff is required, good teamwork and communication skills are essential. At the same time, you need to be self-reliant, ready to take responsibility, and enjoy working independently to thrive in this role.

You are flexible, have the ability to take initiative, and dare to try new paths to find solutions.
