The preschools in Mölndal work consciously with children's language development through "Language in Focus" and pedagogical relationships. Through language-developing activities based on children's own knowledge and experiences, we lay the foundation for influence, participation, and responsibility. The preschools in the Krokslätt area have a common focus on developing a relational approach. We strive for an education that consists of creating warmth, trust, confidence, and mutual respect. A relational approach is based on creating trusting, caring, and creative relationships to establish a foundation for children's learning and development. RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for you who have experience with and/or a genuine interest and curiosity in working from a relational approach. At our preschools, we want every child to be met based on their own prerequisites, needs, and interests.

We work actively with reflection and documentation through a living operational plan, which in turn leads to various projects. Our conviction is that the process is what matters and collective learning is in focus.

We work with a common year-long saga as a tool to develop our pedagogical relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who want to be part of an operation that is constantly developing, where you help create the best possible conditions for both children and adults. You have a genuine interest and curiosity in being part of creating an exploratory pedagogy, where trust in children's abilities and their desire to learn play a central role. You take great responsibility and have the ability to translate the goals and intentions of the curriculum into practice, as well as a high level of pedagogical awareness.

Through autonomy-supportive leadership, which supports others' independence, and dialogue, you can take personal, pedagogical, and relational responsibility for the education on the department. You are expected to be able to interpret, concretize, and lead the pedagogical work with finesse in close collaboration with your colleagues.

It is a matter of course for you to give and take in discussions/planning and in practical operations in a professional manner. You show respect and consideration for those you meet in your professional role and proceed from the equal value of all. You should be motivated and engaged to want to shape an education that is secure, educational, and fun for all children.

We are looking for you who are educated as a preschool teacher. Teacher certification is present or will be obtained shortly.

We are looking for you who have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing, as well as good knowledge of digital tools.
