You will work at various preschools and have the opportunity to use and develop your pedagogical competence in several different operations. The substitute positions can lead to longer assignments or permanent employment at the preschools we collaborate with. We are currently looking for substitute preschool teachers for assignments in Gothenburg!

With us, you have great flexibility and can take on assignments based on your availability, whether you are looking for shorter individual shifts or longer continuous substitutes. The position is perfect to combine with studies or as a way to broaden your experience within the profession.

About the role

As a substitute preschool teacher, you replace the regular preschool teacher during absence, either with short notice or in planned longer substitutes. You take pedagogical responsibility for the group of children in accordance with the curriculum and collaborate with other staff regarding the planning and implementation of activities. You are responsible for a safe and stimulating environment, lead pedagogical meals, and are an engaged and present adult for the children, both indoors and outdoors.

Qualifications and characteristics

We are looking for you who have:

• Studies towards becoming a preschool teacher, or are a licensed preschool teacher
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Previous experience working with children and young people
• Positive and confident in the role of a role model
• Willing to take responsibility and initiative and want to collaborate with others
• Committed to working as you promise
