O’Learys Group is looking for a business-driven, structured, and operational Food & Beverage Operations Specialist who wants to play a key role in developing our Food & Beverage offering across all our markets.

This is a central role within our Food & Beverage team where you will work on menu development, product innovation, and support our units in delivering a strong and consistent guest experience.

The position is a full-time role based in central Stockholm.

About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Operations Specialist, you will work closely with the Head of Food & Beverage and the rest of the team to develop, improve, and implement our Food & Beverage offering globally.

You will:

• Develop and refine menus for our various markets

• Ensure that products work both commercially and operationally

• Provide support to our restaurants as needed, especially during launches and new openings

The role requires a strong understanding of kitchen operations. You are expected to contribute actively to the development work and ensure that what is developed functions practically in our restaurants. You will also be involved in practical testing and evaluation of new products.

This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in restaurant operations who wants to combine development work with operational work in the kitchen and on the floor.

Main Responsibilities

Menu and Product Development

• Be a key person in menu development within Food & Beverage

• Participate in innovation work, testing, and implementation of new dishes and concepts

• Continuously develop and optimize the existing menu offering based on sales and guest behavior

Business and Follow-up

• Analyze sales per item using BI/POS systems

• Contribute to optimizing product mix and commercial decisions

• Ensure that products perform both financially and operationally

Support to Operations

• Be a support and sounding board to restaurants and franchisees as needed

• Support menu launches and operational initiatives

• Contribute to ensuring a consistent delivery of the Food & Beverage concept across all markets

Structure and Coordination

• Ensure that documentation regarding recipes, allergens, and product data is structured and up to date

• Coordinate initiatives and projects within Food & Beverage

Qualifications

• Extensive experience from the restaurant industry, preferably as a head chef, sous chef, or similar

• Advantageous with a chef or sommelier education

• Very good understanding of kitchen operations and service

• Experience and strong interest in menu development and product development

• Commercial understanding and ability to work in a data-driven manner

• Good administrative skills and habit of working in a structured way

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Valid B-driver’s license and preferably access to a car
