We at Svenska Veterinärgruppen are in the midst of an exciting journey – we are building a fast-moving, modern organization where AI is a cornerstone of how we work. Currently, we are establishing a central capability to provide first-class support in marketing, pricing, and web presence to our veterinary clinics across Sweden. This is an ambitious project, and we are looking for a driven student who wants to be part of it from day one.

This is a role where you will quickly take on responsibility, work close to decision-makers, and see your work have a tangible impact – for animals, pet owners, and the clinics we support.

Our central team – consisting of the CEO, M&A, Finance, and Regional Managers – works closely together with a clear mission: to give the clinics the best possible conditions to deliver high-quality veterinary care and an outstanding customer experience.

What you will primarily work with

Business Development & Analysis

• Conduct pricing and market analyses as a basis for strategic decisions
• Create presentations and decision materials directly for management
• Contribute to projects related to growth and business development

Digital Marketing

• Lead and coordinate initiatives within digital marketing
• Follow up on campaign results, market data, and customer insights
• Support in performance marketing and CRM communication

AI & Innovation

• Actively participate in building AI-driven processes and structures
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline workflows
• Translate data and insights into concrete improvements in operations

Who we are looking for

We believe you are studying Civil Engineering or a similar program – not because it is a requirement, but because we believe that combination of analytical ability, structure, and drive fits the role well. Most importantly, you:

• Are passionate about AI, commercial business development, and problem-solving
• Are interested in animals
• Are self-motivated, curious, and not afraid to take initiative
• Thrive in an environment where things happen quickly and you work closely with the team
• Have fluent Swedish in both speech and writing

Practical Information

• Part-time, approx. 20–50% – Flexible based on your studies
• Office at Slussen, Stockholm – Hybrid work possible
• You report to the Commercial Lead and work closely with the entire central team
