Do you have a primary teacher education or a qualification that would be an asset to the school's relational safety work? If you can imagine working in a small operation, you are warmly welcome to apply for the position with us in the countryside.

In addition to working in the school's after-school center, you will spend part of the day working with students in grades F-3. Since the position is a combination of the after-school center and school, you will be a crucial link in the students' and children's entire school day. You will collaborate closely with colleagues both in the after-school center and in the school. We constantly work to create a work environment that promotes collaboration and collegial learning.

You will

• Work purposefully so that our students leave school with good knowledge, self-confidence, and hope for the future.
• Be responsible for creating a positive and creative learning environment so that the student feels curiosity and a desire to learn.
• Together with the work team, within the framework of collegial learning, create opportunities for all students to succeed.
• Create inspiration and motivation among both students and colleagues.
• Work with community building and a well-functioning student health service that works present directly at the school.
• Have the opportunity to lead development opportunities in various projects.
• Experience well-functioning collaboration at all levels.
• Keep up to date with current research in school development.
• Individualize and vary teaching based on the students' needs.
• Document, follow up, and evaluate.

You must

• Have a teaching license to teach in the after-school center, or alternatively be in your final semester of teacher education and obtain your license this year.
• Be well acquainted with the school's steering documents.
• Be able to individualize and vary teaching based on the students' needs.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.
• Have good IT skills.

A valid extract from the National Police Board's criminal record register must be presented prior to employment.
