About the Position

As a personal assistant, you work closely with a person with a disability and help with what is needed in daily life to create security, independence, and quality of life. The tasks vary depending on the user's needs and may include, for example:

• Help with personal care and hygiene
• Support during meals and medication
• Household chores and shopping
• Accompanying to activities and appointments
• Social support and companionship

Working hours may be scheduled during the day, evening, and weekends.

We are looking for someone who

• Is responsible, sensitive, and empathetic
• Has a calm and professional approach
• Can work independently and take initiative
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish
• Has experience in healthcare or personal assistance, but this is not a requirement

A driver's license is required. Access to a car is desirable.
