YOUR FUTURE WORKPLACE

We are now looking for a part-time receptionist for our client in central Stockholm. You will be the face of the company and responsible for creating a welcoming and professional environment for both visitors and employees. You will be employed as a consultant by us at Inte Bara Post Bemanning and work at our client's premises.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Staffing the reception
• Performing common reception tasks, e.g., opening doors, reporting faults to the property duty service, and contacting suppliers for office-related inquiries
• Purchasing breakfast and preparing for staff parties (AW)
• Operating the dishwasher
• Scanning mail, receiving and sending couriers
• Inventorizing and ordering office supplies
• Other administrative tasks, e.g., assisting with customer lists for events, etc.
• Handling inquiries regarding office relocation

WHO ARE YOU?

This role suits you if you are studying remotely or have another commitment to combine with a part-time job of 15 hours/week. We are looking for you who have a natural sense for service. You are solution-oriented, proactive, forward-looking, self-initiative, and dare to make your own decisions within reasonable limits.

As an applicant, you meet the following requirements:

• Previous experience in a service role
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
• Basic computer proficiency

Previous experience in a reception role is an advantage.
