RESPONSIBILITIES
At Special Housing in Care and Social Services Falkenberg, the Unit Coordinator works closely with unit managers in daily operations. This involves working in systems such as Intraphone, Pulsen Combine, Personec, Raindance, Marketplace, and others.
You will be responsible for personnel administration, including staffing for short-term absences, payroll, orders, and invoicing. The Unit Coordinator plans care and service interventions in Intraphone and executes orders and decisions in Pulsen Combine.
The role of the Unit Coordinator is of great importance to both the work environment of the units and the economy. Together with unit managers and employees, we strive for the most optimal planning and staffing for the operations.
Unit managers have overall responsibility for the operations regarding personnel, budget, work environment, as well as quality. It is therefore of great importance that the Unit Coordinator and unit managers maintain close communication.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who have a high school diploma with an administrative or economic focus, or other education/experience that the employer deems equivalent. Experience in personnel administration within the field is required. We would appreciate it if you have experience working with systems such as Personec, Time Care Multiacess, Intraphone, and Pulsen Combine. Experience in elderly care is an advantage.
You must be able to handle tasks in a work environment with periods of high intensity. Good organizational skills, initiative, service orientation, and high flexibility are qualities we are looking for. You have good communication skills, both verbal and written, and thrive in a team environment. You are proficient in using the Office package, Excel, and other common administrative systems.
The role includes covering for colleagues during short-term absences and vacations. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
