We are looking for an experienced Deputy Project Manager for a strategic and business-critical assignment focused on testing and validation during a major migration and establishment phase. The assignment is carried out in a security-sensitive environment with extensive collaboration between several organizations and critical societal actors.

During the autumn, the project enters an intensive testing and verification phase, which places high demands on structure, coordination, and execution capability. The consultant will play a central role in ensuring quality, progress, and coordination within the testing work.

Responsibilities

• Act as Deputy Project Manager with responsibility for testing and validation during the establishment and migration phase
• Plan, lead, and coordinate testing activities related to migration and commissioning
• Lead the internal project team responsible for executing tests
• Ensure that test cases are developed, documented, and followed up
• Coordinate tests together with other user organizations and external actors
• Manage collaboration with authorities and other critical societal operations
• Contribute to clear communication, reporting, and follow-up towards the steering group and stakeholders

Requirements

• Documented experience of project or deputy project management in complex business environments
• Very good experience of test management, test planning, and validation, preferably in connection with system migration
• Ability to work independently, structured, and result-oriented
• Experience of collaboration and communication within civil or total defense sectors
• Experience coordinating work between several external and internal stakeholders
• Very good communication skills in both speech and writing

The role requires a good ability to create order and progress in complex contexts, as well as the ability to collaborate professionally with both internal and external stakeholders. The consultant needs to be communicative, solution-oriented, and have the ability to handle business-critical dependencies with precision and clarity.
