Now you have the opportunity to help shape our new principal's district, which includes the schools in Kinnarp, Vartofta, and Åsarp. We have formed a new F-6 unit.

What are we looking for in you?

You are a goal-oriented, certified teacher within the span of grades 4–6. The position involves teaching in grades 4–6 with class teacher responsibilities. You should have good collaboration skills and be flexible in finding solutions in cooperation to enhance students' knowledge development. You also enjoy driving development work. The work requires that you are responsible, structured, and have the ability to meet students, teachers, and guardians in a trust-building manner. You have clear leadership skills and relational competence. To give you the best prerequisites, you will receive a secure introduction and the opportunity to get to know our operations.

The position may potentially be filled internally if an excess of competence is identified within the organization, in which case this recruitment will be terminated.

If you are offered employment, you must present a current extract from the Swedish Police Authority's criminal record register for work in schools or preschools in Sweden (RPS 442.5 2008-06-18/1). You can find the current form on the Police's website.

In Falköping Municipality, a new school organization is now being created, and we are making large investments in our preschools and schools – both in rural areas and in the town. We are developing the organization, renovating, and building new. All of this to ensure that our children and young people have the prerequisites for the best and most equal school possible, while simultaneously creating attractive workplaces for our educators.
