RESPONSIBILITIES
You who apply should be interested in creating a pedagogical environment that challenges and stimulates students' development and learning. The pedagogical activity is based on each student's prerequisites and relies on teaching designed in accordance with the curriculum's goals in Swedish and English.
As a pedagogue, you enhance the students' school day by inspiring, organizing, and conducting structured teaching, as well as supporting the students' social development. You support the students and the school in becoming a safe, stimulating, and educational environment during the school day.
You are part of a work team, and together with local student health services and school leadership, you develop a stimulating, pleasant, and developmental activity characterized by safety and study peace.
We work with collegial learning that takes place both individually and within the work team. There is an exciting development process underway with the aim of creating a continuing education culture where pedagogues support each other in developing a good school. We also work on strengthening leadership in the classroom and creating structures that contribute to safety and study peace. We believe that good relationships contribute to good knowledge development among our students.
We expect you to have a strong commitment to driving and developing digital and language-developing methods. In teaching, structures are used that support students' collaboration in Swedish and English.
You systematically reflect on the practical work, individually and together with others, and keep yourself updated on new research, events in the world around us, and identify development opportunities within the activity.
QUALIFICATIONS
You must be a qualified teacher for grades 7-9 in Swedish and English, and have experience teaching at the lower secondary level.
Employment type: Permanent position.
There is an opportunity to combine the work with being a part-time firefighter. Assessment is made based on the needs of the activity.
