Today, we have over 170 employees and continue to grow rapidly across Sweden. We are now looking for a Recruitment Manager within Sales who wants to help build the next generation of sales organizations.

This is not a traditional HR role. We are looking for someone who truly understands sales.

To succeed in this role, we require that you have personally worked in direct sales and recruitment within a sales company. You know what it takes to find the right people in an environment where speed, drive, and performance are crucial.

As Recruitment Manager, you are responsible for leading and developing our recruitment department. You work closely with the business operations and focus heavily on ensuring high quality, high tempo, and the right matches.

• Leading and developing the recruitment team.
• Being responsible for recruiting salespeople and leaders.
• Ensuring candidate flow, processes, and results.
• Coaching recruiters on interview scheduling, selection, and interview techniques.
• Working data-driven with KPIs, quality, and performance.
• Building strategies to attract the right candidates.
• Being involved in developing VIASALES as an employer and brand.

• Have experience in recruitment within sales.
• Have held a leadership role in recruitment or sales.
• Have your own background in direct sales (at least 2 years).
• Thrive in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
• Are confident in setting demands and driving performance.
• Are social, communicative, and skilled at reading people.
• Speak and write Swedish fluently.
