Personal Assistant Wanted - Autism Experience Required

We are currently looking for a personal assistant for an 11-year-old boy with extensive support needs. The role requires high competence, responsibility, and a professional approach.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must:

• Have documented experience working with autism
• Have good knowledge and practical experience in low-arousal approaches
• Have experience with feeding tubes (sondmatning)
• Be physically active and have good physical fitness, as the work can be physically demanding
• Be calm, secure, and able to work in a structured manner even in difficult situations
• Hold a valid driver's license (mandatory)

Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone who is:

• Patient, attentive, and stable
• Responsible and reliable
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team around the client

About the Position

The job involves providing support in daily activities and being a secure presence in the client's life. You must be able to adapt to the individual's needs and follow given routines and instructions carefully. Working hours are scheduled for afternoons/evenings. Daytime shifts may occur during holidays.

Other: God Assistans cares for its assistants, has a collective agreement, and offers a wellness benefit of up to 4,000 SEK/year.
