About the Position

Responsibilities

We are now looking for an engaged IT technician for our Helpdesk who is passionate about service, problem-solving, and modern technology. Here, you will play a key role in supporting our users while contributing to the organization's ongoing digitalization.

As an IT technician in our Helpdesk, you will be the first point of contact for our employees. You will handle incoming cases via phone, case management systems, and on-site.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Receive cases through various channels, isolate faults, register, prioritize, and resolve support cases, while ensuring agreed service levels are met.
  • Escalate cases to other support groups.
  • Provide on-site support for video conferencing.
  • Provide user support for standard applications.
  • Actively participate in our digitalization work, helping users adopt new digital tools and working methods.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a high school education in IT or technology.
  • Has at least two years of experience in IT support.
  • Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Enjoys working in a structured and systematic manner.
  • Has experience working according to ITIL Foundation V4.
  • Is service-oriented and clear in communication.
  • Collaborates well and enjoys working both independently and in a team.
