About the position

We are looking for you who want to teach in a flexible and modern semi-distance or distance setup within SFI (Swedish for Immigrants) study path 3. The teaching takes place both on-site and digitally, which requires that you have a holistic pedagogical perspective, are very confident in digital learning environments, and enjoy working in a varied and creative manner. The main location for the position is in Lund, but as needed, you will also teach other courses/programs available with us in Lund/Åkarp or remotely.

The position is a temporary assignment at 75%, with the possibility of extension to full-time based on the organization's needs.

At our school, you will:

• plan and conduct teaching within SFI
• work with both classroom teaching and distance components
• monitor participants' progress and attendance
• adapt teaching to individual needs
• participate in national testing
• work with mentoring and pedagogical administration
• contribute to the school's joint activities and study visits
• collaborate closely with colleagues, administration, and school leadership

We are looking for you who have:

• teacher certification in Swedish as a Second Language and/or Swedish
• experience teaching within SFI
• experience working based on course goals and regulatory documents
• experience with national tests within SFI
• very good digital competence and familiarity with digital learning platforms
• experience in pedagogical activities, preferably adult education

And who are:

• pedagogical, clear, and relationship-building
• flexible and solution-oriented
• confident in a multicultural and dynamic environment
• creative and engaged in the participants' development
• used to collaborating and contributing to a good work climate

Employment conditions

• Fixed-term employment: August 2026 – May 2027
• Scope: 75% (possibility of extension based on operational needs)
• Holiday service with differentiated teaching hours
• Start date: according to agreement
• Work location: Lund

In the event of an offer of employment, you will need to present a certified extract from the Swedish Crime Register (belastningsregistret) for residential care homes (HVB).
