We are currently looking for an Onsite Technician for a client in Stockholm, where you will become an important part of an engaged IT support team. Here, you will work closely with users and assist with everything from Microsoft 365 and Teams to computers, printers, and conference rooms, both on-site and via remote support to other offices.

• Handle 1st and 2nd line support tickets via phone, email, service portal, and on-site
• Provide support and administration within Microsoft 365 and Exchange
• Help users with Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, conference rooms, and other IT equipment
• Manage accounts and permissions
• Collaborate with different parts of the business and external vendors

• Have a few years of experience in IT support and Microsoft 365
• Are technically skilled and enjoy solving problems quickly and efficiently
• Have post-secondary education in IT or equivalent experience
• Are social, service-oriented, and thrive with many contact surfaces
• Take personal responsibility and enjoy making things work

Start: Immediate start, subject to notice period. The assignment is full-time and permanent.

Location: Stockholm
