We are looking for a driven and organized Junior Project Coordinator to join a larger SAP S/4HANA program. In this role, you will support the project with coordination, follow-up, and administration in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deliveries and follow up on activities
• Create and update Jira tickets
• Ensure timely deliveries across various teams and organizations
• Plan and facilitate meetings, including taking meeting minutes (MoM)
• Follow up on action items and next steps
• Contribute to developing working methods and processes within the stream

Who we are looking for

• Have professional experience in a similar role
• Are organized, driven, and eager to learn more
• Thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Are comfortable working with PowerPoint and leading/facilitating meetings
• Have experience with Jira and Confluence (advantageous but not a requirement)

This is an exciting opportunity for you who want to develop within project management and work in a large international program.

Start: Immediate start, subject to notice period. The assignment is full-time and permanent.

Location: Stockholm
