The Elderly Care in Umeå Municipality aims to be a resource in close proximity and interaction that frees up and strengthens people's ability to live an independent life.

The HR unit is organized into teams consisting of various competencies where we work strategically and operationally to support managers. We provide advice and support in: Employer policy issues, labor law and negotiations, staffing development, competence supply and education coordination, wage formation and wage review, systematic work environment work and rehabilitation, transition and personnel planning, and internship placements. The HR unit's mandate includes initiating development and improvement work as well as implementing educational measures to ensure the operations achieve a long-term sustainable work environment.

The Elderly Care Recruitment Center (ÄORC) is tasked with supporting managers within elderly care throughout the entire recruitment and employment process. We are responsible for recruiting and equipping new employees with the training and qualifications they need. Our unit also handles staffing issues during short-term absences, and we have employees working with scheduling to ensure, among other things, that we work with healthy schedules.

Your responsibilities

In the role of HR Administrator, you collaborate closely with managers within elderly care and serve as an important administrative support. You work with short-term staffing, employment administration, and administration related to language requirements and education. The role involves many contact points with the operations and work in several parallel systems.

Requirements

• Upper secondary school diploma
• Experience working with one of the operational systems Personec, Time Care pool and/or Multiaccess
• Unhindered skills in the Swedish language in speech and writing

Meritorious

• Experience working in the system Easit
• Experience working in a support function
