About the School

Antilopen School is a grades F-6 school located in central Klippan with good transport connections. Approximately 220 students attend the school, of whom about 90 are enrolled in the leisure centre (fritidshem). Joy, security, and development permeate our school. ICT is an important part of the students' learning, and Klippan Municipality has invested in a one-to-one device program from grade 4 onwards. Language-developing teaching methods through cooperative learning permeate our instruction. We believe in shared leadership in the classrooms, both from the students' knowledge perspective and from the teachers' work environment perspective. Therefore, the school is investing in a two-teacher system in grades 1-6.

Job Description

Do you want to help create a secure, developmental, and inspiring everyday life for our students together with engaged colleagues? Then this might be the job for you!

We are now looking for a resource person for the school operations who also works as a teacher at the leisure centre in the afternoons. The position involves close collaboration with teachers and other staff to create the best conditions for the students' learning, development, and well-being.

About the Position

In the mornings, you work as a resource person in the school where you support students and educators in their daily work. You are present as a support in the teaching and contribute to a secure and functioning learning environment.

In the afternoons, you work at the leisure centre together with engaged colleagues. You participate in the activities and contribute to creating inspiring and developmental activities based on the students' needs, interests, and the leisure centre's mission according to the curriculum Lgr22. You will not have primary responsibility for planning, but will work together with the team in the implementation of the activities.

Together with your colleagues, you contribute to further developing secure and creative learning environments where students are given the opportunity to develop both socially and academically.

Qualifications

The following are meritorious:

  • University degree as a leisure pedagogue, leisure centre teacher, or other higher education that the employer deems relevant for the position.
  • Experience working in a school or leisure centre.
  • Good ability to use ICT as a natural part of operations and teaching.

We are looking for someone who is stable, self-assured, and a clear, positive leader. You have the ability to motivate students in their learning and create understanding for people's different conditions and needs.

You work based on the operation's vision, goals, and the curriculum's mission, with a strong focus on quality in the operations. You see opportunities and solutions, take initiative, and are happy to contribute ideas that develop the operations.

You communicate in a listening and empathetic way and find it easy to build good relationships with students, guardians, colleagues, and the principal. You are responsible, structured, and have a good ability to organize your work.
