Do you want to work in a socially important operation where economy, structure, and service are in focus? We are now looking for an experienced Economic Administrator for a long-term consulting assignment with a large public sector organization characterized by extensive economic flows and complex processes.

In this role, you will become a key part of the economic function, responsible for accounts payable and the daily handling of large invoice volumes. You will work in a fast-paced environment with many contact points, focusing heavily on quality and collaboration.

As an Economic Administrator, you will work broadly within accounts payable and contribute to the entire flow regarding incoming supplier invoices. You will become a key person in the daily work and also serve as support to the business in matters related to invoice handling and economic administration.

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

• Handling and following up on supplier invoices in large invoice flows
• Investigating and handling invoices that get stuck in the process
• Supporting internal and external stakeholders in matters related to accounts payable
• Working as a superuser in UBW/Agresso within the supplier invoice flow
• Ensuring that economic administrative routines and internal control processes are followed
• Contributing to the development and improvement of working methods and processes.

Key Details

• Scope of assignment: Full-time, 100%
• Employment type: Fixed-term employment as a consultant via JobBusters.
• Work model: Located at the office in Sundbyberg. Remote work may occur up to 50% of working hours.
• Start date: As agreed
• End date: 2027-08-31, with an option to extend by 1+1 year, i.e., latest until 2029-08-31.
• Last application date: 2026-06-01
• Other information: Security clearance and background check required before start.

To succeed in this role, you need:

• At least 3 years of recent experience working independently with varied tasks within accounting over the last 5 years
• At least 2 years of work experience working in the UBW system with accounts payable and large invoice flows (at least 30,000 invoices/year) of purchase invoices regarding both goods and services from Swedish and foreign suppliers over the last 5 years.
• Work experience supporting internal stakeholders in the handling of supplier invoices for at least 3 years.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Work experience with Excel and other MS Office programs
• Experience independently investigating discrepancies in invoice flows
• Meritorious: Experience working in a government agency or state-owned enterprise
