About the role

In the role of Accounting Assistant, you will primarily handle the processing and bookkeeping of supplier invoices. You are responsible for ensuring that the invoice flow functions correctly and efficiently, while also handling discrepancies, following up on issues, and escalating questions when necessary. The role involves many contact points, both internally and externally, and you will become a key part of ensuring high quality in daily financial management.

You will also contribute improvement proposals and participate in the work to develop and streamline processes and working methods within supplier accounting. For the right person, there is an opportunity to take an active role in creating smarter and more efficient ways of working in the future.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have a basic economic education and experience working in supplier accounting or financial administration. You are confident in handling invoicing and have a good understanding of financial flows. You are comfortable with systems and express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

Experience with Agresso is an advantage.

As a person, you are outgoing, social, and responsible. You thrive in collaborations, enjoy interacting with different parts of the business, and are good at building relationships. At the same time, you work carefully and systematically, even when the pace is fast or multiple issues need to be handled in parallel.
