Information about the position

In the role of Consultant Manager Assistant, you work two days a week in addition to your studies. The schedule is set weekly and is based on the workload of the following week, as well as the opportunities available based on your study schedule. We would love for you to start this summer so we have the opportunity to teach you everything we can before the high season in autumn begins! You will join the delivery team at the Stockholm office, consisting of 7 wonderful colleagues who love recruitment! Together with the rest of the team, you will be given the opportunity to develop every day while we really have fun at work!

Responsibilities

As a Consultant Manager Assistant, you help our consultant managers with all parts of the recruitment process in our ongoing assignments. Your tasks will include, for example:

• Selection and screening of applications
• Phone interviews and reference checks
• Administration
• Answering questions from candidates and consultants via email and phone
• Time reporting and invoicing

You follow a clear training plan to learn all tasks, and the whole team supports you along the way. When you feel confident in your tasks, you will have the opportunity to take greater responsibility in our processes.

We are looking for you who

• Studies HR/Behavioral Science or equivalent education and has at least two years of studies left.
• We would like you to have previous work experience where you have had customer contact and used your ability to take initiative and personal responsibility.
• Have good knowledge of the Office package
• Have very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.

Your personal qualities are crucial for how well you will thrive in the role with us. You should be careful and structured in your work. You have the ability to take responsibility and follow up on what you have undertaken. It is important that you enjoy working closely with others, as we all help each other and work together in our customer collaborations and recruitment processes.
