We at Bilprovningen are now looking for more employees for our station in Rissne!

Control inspections are our core business, and as an Inspection Technician, you inspect vehicles and ensure they meet the required safety standards. The inspection is carried out independently or together with your colleagues at the station, and you have technical aids, data equipment, measuring instruments, and tools at your disposal.

Our customers visit us from early morning until afternoon, and during certain periods, customer traffic is particularly high or low. This requires a strong sense of service and flexibility, as our goal is to help all customers. It also means that we support each other when needed, and you may be loaned to work at other stations in the same region and, in some cases, across the country. Since we strive to be accessible and adaptable to our customers, we are also open on certain holidays during the month.

Who are you?

To thrive in the role of Inspection Technician, we believe you are service-oriented and stimulated by meeting people. You are a responsible person driven by doing a good job and collaborating with others. In interactions with customers, you are informative, friendly, attentive, and trustworthy. We expect you to have a completed upper secondary education as a foundation. Holding a Class B driver's license (manual transmission) is a requirement. If you already hold inspection qualification K1, this is a clear advantage. We only inspect light vehicles and motorcycles at this station, so we would appreciate it if you were interested in certifying yourself for motorcycles as well.

You need to have some vehicle knowledge; knowing what you are working with and the names of different vehicle parts is important so that you can do a good job and answer customers' questions.

You must be able to meet our customers in a humble manner and be clear when giving various types of information. Since we work with safety, it is crucial that you feel confident communicating freely. Language skills other than Swedish are meritorious but not a requirement.

What do we offer you?

We offer you a good introduction and, consequently, an individualized education. Immediately after completing the education, you take a test to become a certified Inspection Technician. The studies are conducted full-time north of Stockholm and are adapted to your prior knowledge. After completing the education and certification, you begin working at your station. Practical Information

Start: September. If you are already certified, employment can begin earlier.

Working Hours: Weekdays vary between 07:00-20:00, and every third Saturday: 09:00-14:00.

Scope: Full-time

Employment Type: Permanent position (6-month probationary period applies)
