With us, you have the most fun part-time job that gives you the opportunity to inspire and motivate children to participate in sports activities, while gaining experience and credentials for working with leadership and groups.

We at Active Academy are now looking for leaders for Knatteskutt, Sweden's largest sports school for children aged 1–4.

We are looking for you who:

• Love working with children.
• Have rhythm and timing naturally in your body.
• Have experience leading activities for children, preferably younger children, or alternatively have a long sports background and have been a leader for children in other contexts (e.g., preschool, school, childcare).

As a person, you are confident and secure in yourself!

What is Knatteskutt? 🐰

At Knatteskutt, children get to jump, run, dance, and play with balls. Here we mix different sports activities in a playful and fun way.

We work from a pre-planned session structure, meaning all sports courts, exercises, and games are pre-planned. As a leader, you can then focus all your energy on spreading wonderful joy of movement!

As a leader, you will receive coaching during the term, participate in a leadership training, and become part of a fantastic leadership team of over 300 leaders.

✨You will simply have the most fun part-time job that gives you experience and credentials for working with children's groups.

📅Employment Information:

• Hourly employment.
• The work takes place during autumn 2026, starting in week 35.
• Sessions are scheduled on Sundays from 09:00–11:00 at Dammfriskolan's ballet hall.
• Approx. 1–3 hours/week.

BONUS: You are welcome to be studying (or have completed) a preschool teacher education or similar. It is a plus if you have attended the arts program in high school, worked as a group fitness instructor, or have other dance training. This is not a requirement to apply; you may still have the right personality.
