to apply for the job
I am a 26-year-old guy looking to expand my team of assistants. I live at home in Spånga with my parents and my two younger sisters. I am a positive and easy-going person who enjoys having people around me.
I have cerebral palsy (CP) and need assistance with most aspects of my daily life – everything from eating, dressing, toilet visits, and hygiene to transfers and everyday chores at home. I study and communicate in writing, so it is important that you have full command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Sometimes I need your help taking notes during my studies.
About you:
I am looking for you, male or female, who is attentive, quick to learn, and adaptable. You have a good ability to handle practical matters in a home and can make independent decisions when needed. Since you will be in my home with my family, it is important that you have good social skills and can adapt to different situations.
The job involves both active and calmer periods, so you need to be comfortable with both. You also need to be physically strong and free of back problems, as some lifting and transfers are part of the work.
The position:
The position is as a temporary substitute, with the possibility of a permanent part-time schedule of 70-80% in the future.
The position can be filled immediately.
To be employed, you must present a valid ID, a certificate from the Swedish Police Authority (polisregistret), and any documents proving your right to work in Sweden.
