Forssaklackskolan is a school with approximately 460 students. We are organized into three work teams led by an assistant principal. The work teams are characterized by a permissive and supportive climate with a high degree of self-determination regarding issues such as student responsibility, planning, and resource usage. We have an organization that promotes quick decision-making processes, which benefits the students' knowledge development.

The school also has a work team dealing with practical matters such as recruiting substitutes, purchasing, IT, and facility issues. Additionally, we have another work team focused on values and student health.

At Forssaklackskolan, we prioritize collegial learning, which permeates both the work teams and subject teams.

In recent years, together with the students, we have developed a clear lesson structure that we all follow. From autumn 2025, we have also chosen to have three full-time mentors to support our students and complement our educators. Starting from the spring term of 2027, we will move to completely new, large, and modern facilities.

At our school, the students' curiosity, creativity, and desire to learn are at the center. We are now looking for a full-time teacher of Swedish and English who wants to help create an inspiring and inclusive learning environment.

As a teacher here, you teach mathematics and English and are an important part of the students' development, both academically and as individuals. You plan, conduct, and follow up on teaching with a focus on sparking engagement and motivation in every student.

At our school, genuine collaboration is important.

QUALIFICATIONS

Teacher education with eligibility to teach Swedish and English.

Very good oral and written skills in Swedish.

You must be able to document using the existing systems and follow and support our students' knowledge development.

Meritorious qualifications:

Experience working as a teacher.
