About the role At Middlepoint, we are looking for a new service star to join our team! In this position, you will work as a Customer Host for our client, a recruitment and staffing agency with offices in Solna. As a Customer Host, you play a key role in creating a pleasant and welcoming work environment for employees and visitors. This is a calm and independent role where you will have significant responsibility and the opportunity to put your personal touch on the office environment. We would love for you to enjoy creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere in the workplace.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Various administrative tasks
- Handling cases in the company's internal case management system
- Answering phones and emails
- Managing shared spaces, conference rooms, and catering
- Making the office look nice and feel homely, e.g., decorating for holidays
- Bookings and orders
- Mail handling and courier services
- Key management and access card systems
- Contact with suppliers
Who are you? We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and enjoys creating order and a pleasant atmosphere around them. You have natural initiative, take responsibility for your tasks, and proactively identify what needs to be done.
You enjoy fixing things, organizing, and doing that little extra to create a welcoming and homely work environment. Perhaps you like decorating and sprucing up for different holidays or come up with your own initiatives to make the office a pleasant place for everyone working there.
To thrive in this role, you need to be reliable, structured, and comfortable working independently. You appreciate calmer workdays with a lot of personal responsibility and have a service-oriented attitude where you are happy to help out where needed.
Requirements for the role
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Previous experience in service, preferably in an office environment
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Completed upper secondary education
About the employment
- Employment type: Fixed-term contract until the turn of the year 2026/2027
- Scope: 100% full-time
- Start date: Immediately
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, approx. 07:30–16:30
