Education Administration

The Education Administration works from a 1–19-year perspective and covers preschool, school, and after-school centers (fritidshem). We work systematically and inclusively in our processes with a clear focus on children and students, which is one of the reasons for our good results in both preschool and school. Stanstorp School

Stanstorp School is a preschool to grade 6 school (F-6) with approximately 450 students, located in a residential area within walking distance to the library, art hall, and swimming pool. Directly adjacent to the school are large and pleasant grass and gravel fields used for play and ball games. At the start of the 2026/2027 school year, the operations will move into a completely new school building with spacious premises for both school and after-school activities.

Job Description

As a primary teacher in the after-school center, you work purposefully in line with the curriculum. Together with the work team, you plan and carry out activities where students get to train their skills and their independence. With completely new premises, there is an invitation to broaden the after-school center's activities and use suitable halls. This may include music, home economics, or sports halls.

The position also includes serving as the coordinating after-school pedagogue in the work team. This entails preparing your planning meetings and following up on your decisions. You ensure that the curriculum is clearly defined in the operations, and you lead the way in utilizing what the local community offers to benefit students' learning during after-school hours. Furthermore, you actively seek collaboration opportunities with other after-school departments at the school.

A part of your position is also located in the school section, where you will work in our classes in grade four. Together with the teachers, you contribute to students' development in their learning and feeling secure in their learning environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed primary teacher in after-school centers/after-school pedagogue.
• Meritorious experience from coordinating work within after-school activities.
