Lugnetgymnasiet is located in the beautiful nature area of Lugnet, surrounded by various sports facilities. The workplace is characterized by high competence, drive to develop, supervise, and guide all students towards a lifelong passion for learning, with a focus on ensuring every student develops as much as possible during their time at our high school.

Lugnetgymnasiet offers both national programs and introductory programs. Students on the national programs have excellent opportunities to combine their studies with sports, and the school offers several different sports education programs across various sports. Lugnetgymnasiet offers both university-preparatory programs and vocational training, and the school maintains close cooperation with the industries relevant to each program.

Responsibilities

You will teach our students in Swedish, History, Religion, and Psychology. You will plan, conduct, and evaluate your teaching in accordance with current regulatory documents. As a teacher, you are responsible for creating a safe and structured learning environment that promotes student development. We place great emphasis on teamwork; you will become a key player in our work and subject teams where we jointly develop pedagogy and drive the school's overall quality work forward. You will also serve as a class mentor and be part of a work team at the school. Teaching will take place on both university-preparatory and vocational programs.

Qualifications

Requirements for the role

• Teaching certification (Lärarlegitimation)
• Good knowledge of the Swedish National Agency for Education's regulatory documents, course plans, and assessment criteria
• Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written

Employment conditions

The position is a permanent full-time employment starting on 2026-08-10.
