Seeking Personal Assistants for Hourly Employment in Limhamn

I am a 48-year-old man living in Limhamn, currently seeking two personal assistants for hourly employment in my home. I use a wheelchair and need assistance with most aspects of daily life.

I am looking for someone who wants to contribute to creating a safe, active, and meaningful everyday life for me.

Job Responsibilities

The work involves helping with:

• Personal hygiene and dressing
• Feeding (timed meals) and simple cooking
• Mobility assistance using ceiling lifts, floor lifts, and wheelchairs
• Household chores and cleaning
• Companionship and social activities

The work is performed in the home and takes place as one-on-one support. Please note that there is a dog in the home, so you need to feel comfortable around animals.

Working Hours and Scope

The position covers approximately 16 hours per week, primarily during evenings and nights (16:00–08:00), as well as on an as-needed basis, for example, during illness or vacation.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is reliable, cheerful, and responsible, with an easy ability to create safety and well-being. Experience in personal assistance is an advantage but not a requirement; you will receive introduction and supervision in the home.

Communication takes place through facial expressions and eye contact, so it is important that you are attentive, responsive, and patient. I appreciate people who have kept their inner child, enjoy fun and playfulness, and spread energy and joy in everyday life.
