Responsibilities

• Ensure the school is run in accordance with the curriculum, quality standards, school goals, and working methods.
• Have a good ability to build good relationships with students and allow them to participate so they develop skills, self-confidence, and joy of life.
• Have a positive attitude towards both students and colleagues.
• You are responsible for ensuring your students meet the knowledge requirements and develop to the maximum extent based on their potential.
• You are responsible for designing any pedagogical assessments and action plans with support from the student health service.
• You keep up to date by participating in and taking advantage of the courses and training offered.

Qualifications

• You are a trained teacher with a license.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to plan and organize your work and take responsibility for joint tasks in the team/organization.
• Experience with digital tools as support in the development of learning.

As a trained teacher, you understand that you as a teacher are one of the single most important factors for students to succeed. At the same time, you work actively to make students involved and responsible for their learning.
