Responsibilities

Your Role

As a special needs educator (specialpedagog) with us, you will work both strategically and operationally to:

• Identify and analyze students' support needs
• Conduct pedagogical assessments and contribute to action plans
• Mentor and support teachers in working with extra adaptations and special support
• Contribute to the development of accessible learning environments
• Collaborate within the student health team together with school leadership and other professionals
• Participate in the school's systematic quality work

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is educated as a special needs educator
• Has personal experience with grading at the lower secondary/upper secondary level
• Has experience working in upper secondary school (meritorious)
• Has good analytical skills and the ability to see the big picture
• Is confident in your professional role and has good mentoring abilities
• Is solution-focused, structured, and collaborative
• Wants to be an active part of the school's development work
