Drottninghögsskolan is a preschool class to grade 6 school with approximately 300 students, the majority of whom have a mother tongue other than Swedish. We place great emphasis on all students developing a rich language to achieve their goals, which is why we work on language development throughout the entire school day. Together, we develop to ensure that all students become proficient readers. Drottninghögsskolan aims to be the best school for every student.

Responsibilities
We are looking for you who want to help develop the after-school program at Drottninghögsskolan, which is currently on the verge of reorganization. Through your drive and commitment as an after-school teacher, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and developing the operations based on current governing documents. You will be an important part of the after-school team that drives and develops our pedagogical activities with the students' best interests in focus. You will have mentorship responsibility for some students during their time at the after-school program. During the school day, you support classroom work and are responsible for assignments in teaching. You will play a key role in the school's work on safety and well-being. As an employee at Drottninghögsskolan, you work with the whole person, and through your relational leadership, you create conditions for our students to grow as individuals.

Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a certified after-school teacher with the eligibility to teach in after-school programs. It is an advantage if you have a combination with other practical-aesthetic subjects. You must have previous experience working in an after-school setting. We see that you are development-oriented with the students' best interests and the curriculum in focus. You possess leadership qualities that move teaching and development at the school forward, leading both colleagues and students in a clear manner. You are good at collaborating with students, colleagues, and guardians and have the ability to create a safe and stimulating after-school environment for the students. As a person, you have a strong commitment and desire to drive the after-school program forward to offer an inspiring operation. To thrive with us, you are open to collaborating with all colleagues in different professional categories at the school. As a person, we would like you to be flexible, curious, and receptive.
