We are looking for an experienced special needs educator who, together with us, wants to continue developing an inclusive and secure learning environment. Today, our special needs team consists of one special needs educator and one special needs teacher. Now we are only missing you, who can complete the team and contribute to us meeting our students' various needs in the best possible way.

In the role of special needs educator with us, you have a varied and meaningful assignment where you work on both individual, group, and organizational levels. You are of course part of the school's Student Health Team (SHT).
Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities include:
- Conducting and structuring pedagogical investigations as well as absence investigations.
- Working purposefully with special support at both individual and group levels. Includes planning and implementing interventions.
- Mentoring and supporting pedagogical staff in developing the learning environment and adapting teaching.
- Collaborating and building good relationships with guardians as well as external authorities and actors.
- Playing a key role in the school's work with reading and writing development.

Qualifications
To succeed and thrive in the role, we see that you meet the following:
- You have a special needs education degree.
- You have previous experience working as a special needs educator.
- Meritorious if you have worked with reading and/or writing development projects.
- Highly meritorious if you have a broad subject competence as a teacher in grades F–6.
- Experience of work directed towards lower and/or middle school levels.
- Good system knowledge in Prorenata as well as Unikum's module for special support.
