About the role

Our client is a world-leading and innovative technology company currently experiencing an exciting period with high recruitment volume. To support their HR and recruitment team, we are now looking for an engaged and business-oriented Talent Acquisition Partner.

In this role, you will have the chance to work in a modern and large organization with a strong focus on quality, structure, and candidate experience. You will work closely with both hiring managers and the internal HR team to ensure a professional experience for all stakeholders throughout the process. We are looking for someone who can quickly adapt to new ways of working and thrives on delivering at a high level.

Responsibilities

  • Drive entire recruitment processes independently from start to finish (end-to-end).
  • Conduct requirement profiling in close collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Work with advertising as well as proactive search and candidate interaction.
  • Handle screening, interviews, and structured candidate assessments.
  • Manage reference checks and act as an advisory support in the final offer process.
  • Ensure structure, quality, and high pace in all parallel processes.
  • Act as an advisor to managers on various types of recruitment-related questions.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has at least 2–3 years of experience working in-house with Talent Acquisition/recruitment.
  • Has documented experience independently driving own recruitment processes.
  • Has good experience handling multiple parallel processes simultaneously in a high-paced environment.
  • Possesses strong stakeholder management skills and a business-oriented, advisory approach.
  • Has very good communication skills in both English and one of the Scandinavian languages (both verbal and written).
  • Is proficient in working with modern recruitment tools and applying data-driven approaches.

It is an advantage if you have

  • Experience recruiting for international matrix organizations or the technology/industry sector.

  • Self-motivated, delivery-focused, structured, and results-oriented.
  • Flexible and able to adapt easily to dynamic environments and new organizations.

Our recruitment process

This recruitment process is handled by Academic Work, and our client's request is that all questions regarding the role are sent to Academic Work.

We apply continuous selection and will take down the ad when enough candidates have reached the final stage of the recruitment process. A CV is required when applying. We do not use cover letters as a selection method, so one does not need to be attached. The recruitment process includes two selection tests: a personality test and a cognitive ability test. The tests are a tool to find the candidate with the highest potential for the role and to promote equality, diversity, and a fair recruitment process.
