We are now looking for this summer's stars for several positions as personal assistants.

About the job as a personal assistant:

We are looking for you who are responsible and attentive. You find it easy to follow instructions and learn new tasks.

As a personal assistant, you work closely with a person with a disability in their daily life. You assist and support the person both in everyday life and during leisure time; your workplace is wherever the customer is.

Your overall tasks involve assisting the customer so that they have the conditions to live the life they desire.

Tasks:

Your tasks depend on the customer's needs and lifestyle. Some common tasks include:

• Practical assistance
• Personal hygiene
• Assistance with mobility/transfers
• Household chores
• Cooking
• Assisting the customer at work or during activities outside the home.

In the summer, the work is often more varied with outings such as swimming, concerts, or other events.

Qualifications:

Previous experience is meritorious but not a requirement.

At Särnmark, you will always receive an introduction at the customer's location as well as access to training regarding the role of a personal assistant.

About the employment:

Employment type: Fixed-term assignment – employment per hour worked.

Remuneration: Hourly wage

Working hours vary between the different positions. Depending on the role, work may take place during the day, evening, and night, on weekdays and weekends.

A driver's license is not a general requirement. However, for some positions, a driver's license and access to a car are required.

Salary and other terms of employment are in accordance with the collective agreement for Personal Assistance, Vårdföretagarna - Kommunal.
