About the position

We are currently seeking a personal assistant for a girl living on Gotland. The position is full-time.

You will support our girl in her daily life, at school, and at home. We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with children and seeing opportunities. We seek a family-oriented and social person who understands our daughter's needs and potential. Previous experience as an assistant is not the most important factor; rather, we focus on how you connect with our daughter and her family.

The work is performed both in Visby and in eastern Gotland, which is why a driver's license and access to a personal car are required.

The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• On even weeks, the work is scheduled during night hours, with awake nights.
• On odd weeks, the work is scheduled during day hours.

About you

As a personal assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and meaningful daily life for our client. You will be an important part of their life and contribute to their independence and well-being.

We believe that you, as an applicant for this position, are sensitive, responsible, flexible, and cooperative. The most important factor is the personal chemistry between you and the client, which may be decisive in the final selection.

Requirements:

• You are a non-smoker,
• You are not allergic to fur-bearing animals,
• You have fluent proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Scope: Full-time. Number of positions: 1. Start date: Immediately, by agreement. Selection and interviews are conducted continuously, and the position will be filled as soon as possible. Salary: Individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with collective agreements.

Regarding employment
To be employed with us, you must have a BankID and agree to use it in your work. A prerequisite for starting employment is that you can present a valid ID and a valid Swedish Personal Identity Certificate (Personbevis) and/or documents proving your right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the Personal Identity Certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. Since the position may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that cannot be performed by minors according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3), you must be at least 18 years old.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) is required. From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply, meaning the background check will include both the criminal record and the suspicion register.
