We are now looking for an engaged and attentive personal assistant for a cheerful boy who needs support in his daily life.

The position is a temporary vacancy of approximately 30%, which is perfect for you, for example, if you are studying.

About the position

You will work with a boy who has Down syndrome and uses Sign Supported Communication (TAKK) in his communication.

The role involves being available as a support in all parts of everyday life, but also being a reliable friend who joins in on fun activities and play.

Working hours: The work is scheduled for evenings, weekends, and school holidays.

Since picking up and dropping off in Visby is included in the job, it is a requirement that you have a Category B driver's license and access to your own car.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is responsible, patient, and has a big heart for children.

Since the role involves becoming part of a family's daily life, we place great emphasis on your personality.

Requirements for the position:

• Completely non-smoker.
• Tolerant of dogs and horses (important as activities take place in these environments).
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Merits:

• Knowledge of TAKK (Sign Supported Communication).
• Experience with epilepsy.
• Previous work with children or within personal assistance.
